posting

i guess this is a week's worth of art? i do a bit more then this but i post what i think is decent or good ( not that i think i'm good) sorry for the bad scans and cut offs and overlaps, i did them in a hurry, i'm off to the states for the day tomorrow so i'm hitting the bed early tonight.
I tried to draw more women this time around, i think some worked and others didn't and a few of the guys are suppose to be one character that i just made up and played with.

Just some recent pulls from the pad, i mentioned a while back that i'm working on a comic and pretty soon i'll be either putting up a new blog with concept art from it or at least scan in a page or two.

i'm currently about half way into the first preview/promo issue.

Holy titan alert batman!!

So finally the second season of class of the titans is out! so for anyone within canada it starts tomorrow (sunday the 9th) on teletoon at 9:30am for any who just might doubt that i do in fact work on titans my name ( along with friends and co-workers) is here on a screen capture.
I believe the season should be on sunday for new episodes.
these drawings are the most recent, the lovely girl is a friend of mine from work, i plan on coloring her along with some others for face book sometime soon.

its more of a facebook thing that i've started, the idea i got from my friend johnny who started his own on his blog and facebook as well.

so this is one of a few that i've posted on facebook, this is of jefferson from mercury, he's our computer whiz and hacky sack madman.

been so tired lately, so i haven't drawn much, these few faces is all i did over the last few days.

I'll try and have more stuff up sometime this week.

ANIME CON 2007

Holy! what an experience! i went to the anime con at SFU campus today and it was for sure something new, first off i couldn't stop looking around at all the costumed people...some good and for the most part bad, lots of half naked people ( guys and girls) there must have been at least hundreds of people.

the photos above are just some of what i took of people, the top few are my co-workers from mercury( the one as rei) the other one in the black dress ( as a character from one-piece)

i met lots of friends who were into anime or were selling some. either way it was an interesting time but i'm not sure if i'd go again, i didn't buy anything except an artbook, the manga wasn't too cheap nor the anime so i didn't buy anything.

so that's my story! (p.s i loved that pocky girl!!)

i hate jay from titans, he's like cyclops or superman, all boyscout and no fun, so i thought about animating (by hand!) jay getting punched in the face.

I don't think i'll go with it and go in favour of something simple.

and yeah that other drawing is Akuma ( or Gokui??) from street figther. Oh yeah...i'm also hitting up the local anime con, so i'll post some pictures of funny looking people in bad costumes! (side note: don't forget the avatar looking character i drew as well!)

A&W work

some people draw in different places, many like fogg and suds or red robin...but me and my friend josh ( freakin' amazing artist btw) go to A&W near metrotown, its our local hangout and drawing place, we've been going there off and on again for years and have a few funny stories including a drunken fellow but that's for another day.

the top drawing was done there just on friday....i can't wait to go back and bust out something fun again...mmm greasy burgers...
